Tel Aviv is a city shaped by its coastal geography and modern growth.
Positioned on former coastal sand dunes, it has evolved into one of Israel’s most densely built urban cores, with nearly half a million residents.
The city’s layout includes a business district near the Ayalon Highway and green spaces like Yarkon Park, which follows the Yarkon River through the northern neighborhoods. Summers are hot and dry, with temperatures reaching above 30 °C in August. The city hosts one of the world’s largest Pride events every June, drawing tens of thousands internationally.
